The program opens with Matthew Jackson, who sets the stage for two days of inspiration and discussion, before Astrid Marie Starck explores why BIM is no longer just a design tool, but a strategic business process that creates value across the entire building lifecycle.

Scandinavian innovation takes center stage as Tove Lindblad from BIM Alliance Sweden presents Praxi, showcasing how digital, traceable requirements can strengthen collaboration and interoperability across the industry. Meanwhile, Mattias Roupé and Oliver Disney from Chalmers University of Technology introduce Total BIM -a data-driven approach that redefines how projects are managed from design to operation.

Data remains one of the conference’s central themes. A panel featuring experts from Vitus, COWI, Enemærke & Petersen and Implement Consulting Group reveals new European insights into data confidence, collaboration and AI readiness across the construction sector.
